All products are covered by a Metlex limited liability guarantee against all faults arising due to defective materials or manufacture during normal commercial bathroom and washroom use only. If a Metlex product is determined by an authorised Metlex technician to be defective either in materials or in workmanship, Metlex will replace the product or affected parts at its own discretion. If replacement or repair is not feasible, Metlex will refund a proportion of the original purchase price of the product based on the remaining term of this limited liability guarantee. This guarantee does not cover products that have not been installed in accordance with the Metlex supplied installation guide, or products that have been damaged through abuse, misuse, misapplication, wear and tear, cleaning or maintenance activities, in addition to any other activities not in accordance with the Metlex instructions supplied. The Metlex limited liability guarantee is effective from the date of purchase and the term of the limited liability guarantee is dependent on the type of product.
